Midlife for women is a time of significant transition and change, often marked by shifts in hormone levels due to menopause. This stage presents unique health challenges, including potential increases in cardiovascular disease, osteoporosis, and certain cancers, as well as psychological changes related to work, family, and relationships. However, midlife can also be a time of growth and empowerment, with opportunities to focus on personal well-being and proactively manage your health for a longer, better life.

  • Please do! Hopefully they have additional training in women’s health past their reproductive years, but if they’re like the majority of health care professionals, they do not. I created MIDIMANUAL to teach women about options they have for supporting their health in their 40s and beyond, from nutrition to natural medicine to medical options. Further, MIDIMANUAL will empower women in how to advocate for themselves with their doctors and seek the tests and support they need to feel their best.

  • MIDIMANUAL is not a medical service and we do not offer medical advice nor do we have prescriptive capabilities. Our objective is to prepare you to advocate for yourself within the medical community and beyond while providing you with resources you need to build your healthcare team, one that includes the right physicians in telemedicine, or not, who can provide you with prescriptions when needed.
